The staff there was fast to respond, and I was impressed at how well they resolved everything. One of the staff members, specifically Sara, was extra special. She took her time to answer all my queries, searched for multiple fare classes with greater flexibility, and even printed out my entire itinerary and travel documents. She explained the baggage policy comprehensively and offered the optimal seat options for a long-haul flight. It was almost like she cared about my experience and comfort. the office itself is in a handy location and is spotlessly clean and tidy. I liked the peaceful atmosphere—it's much less stressful than attempting to contact someone on the phone, particularly for more complicated bookings. I also paid attention to how effectively the staff helped other clients while still having a friendly and professional demeanor. That sort of consistency is something that doesn't happen often these days. Overall, I felt upbeat and well taken care of after leaving the office. It's always been my go-to airline for long-haul flights, and their Miami office definitely fits the high standards the brand is famous for. Highly recommend it!
