I recently stopped by KLM Airlines Columbus Office to ask about flights to Amsterdam, and my experience was wonderful. The office, just outside the John Glenn Columbus International Airport, is simple to locate. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by a welcoming staff member who was more than willing to assist. The representative replied to all my inquiries concerning flight timing, seat booking, and luggage policy, and they even helped me book my flight right then and there. The most impressive part was that the amount of care they took to ensure that my travel experience would be seamless. Even though the office does not have a direct phone number posted online, the personnel told me that KLM's primary customer service line is open for questions. I was taken care of quite well, and the whole process was smooth. Overall, I had a great experience at KLM's Columbus office, and I'll be back for any future travel arrangements.
